Collaborative Practice is focused on protecting the integrity of the family. Ms. Wayne has been practicing in the area of family and matrimonial law since 1992. Deborah Hope Wayne believes conflicts can be resolved in a non-adversarial manner. A majority of her professional time is spent training and educating other professionals about Collaborative Practice and Mediation. She teaches collaborative law at Pace University School of Law (located in White Plains) and has lectured on collaborative law and conflict resolution at various institutions in the New York region, including St. John’s University and Fordham Law School.
