Deborah Hope Wayne is a Westchester County attorney. Her main office is located in the city of New Rochelle in Westchester County, New York. New Rochelle has a population of 72,000. Developed in the 1990s, collaborative law is a way to resolve disputes respectfully–without going to court–while working with specially trained professionals.
Ms. Wayne resolves all types of conflict in family and matrimonial cases. She is also experienced in all aspects of divorce and separation. Ms. Wayne dedicates her practice to resolving conflict using out-of-court settlement processes, and she works with traditional and non-traditional families. She began practicing Family Law in 1992 and is experienced in litigation, mediation and Collaborative Practice.
Deborah Hope Wayne spends much of her professional time training and educating other professionals about Collaborative Practice and Mediation. She teaches collaborative law at Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York, and has lectured on collaborative law and conflict resolution at various institutions including St. John’s University, Fordham Law School and the Institute for Senior Action.
Ms. Wayne’s office is conveniently located on North Avenue in the heart of New Rochelle’s business district and is a short walk from the New Rochelle train station and the New Roc Garage.
